Yohana' Fried Rice/Nasi Goreng

Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice)
Ingredients :
- Cooked rice
Ps : preferably over night cooked rice
- 150 grams choice of your meat/seafood
- Carrot, peas, corn
- Eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sambal :
- Chilly
- 4 Shallots
- 4 Garlics
(Grind everything into a paste)
Mix all this ingredients below in a bowl :
- 1 tbs chilly paste/flakes (optional)
- 3 tbs ketchup
- 3tbs Oyster sauce (can skip this if you go vegetarian)
- 3 tbs Sweet soya sauce
Herbs :
- Stalk of finely chopped green onion
HOW TO COOK :
1. In a wok/pan put a little bit of oil and cook your choice of meat till half cooked and set it aside , (skip this part if you go vegetarian).
2. In the same wok/pan put the paste with the green onion , stir it till it fragnant then add , carrot,peas and corn.
3. Crack an egg On top of it and scramble it .
4. When everything is cooked, you can add your rice and stir it while you seaoson it with the sauces. stir it till 2 min and its ready !
